I live in Miami, FL but bought my truck using their online factory ordering process. First time I have ever done this and it was by far the best auto buying experience that I have ever had. The team is extremely responive and always avalaible. The price was far better than anything I could find locally and I got to order exactly what I wanted. These guys are the future of auto buying and I hope they find success with this model but they have defintely converted me.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I appreciate their patience, hard work, and attention to customer care/concerns. They never try to upsell me on pointless services that aren't needed nor affordable. I got my oil changed and was given great advice about when to rotate my tires, both are among the many free service they offer when you purchase from them. My service was quick. I could enjoy a free beverage or snack ( they even offer juice boxes if you're there with kids) while waiting plus free wifi & charging stations. If I'm not in the mood to wait, the shuttle offers a convenient way for me to get to another destination to wait, do a little shopping, have lunch... or go home. Overall great place for service and a free car wash (another unlimited freebie with purchase).

This was an unusual experience. I bought my used 2015 Jeep GC from Don White and also purchased a Chrysler Lifetime Warranty at the same time. With 114k miles the engine failed to work. Chrysler denied the repair citing reasons that made no sense. Don White reached out to me and said "you are our customer and we will take care of you". Don White put in a new engine and they continued to keep me updated and they did a great job taking care of me while an engine was located.

On top of always waiting atleast 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and Always NEEDING something else done..They told me my rack and pinion was bad on my 2014 grand..they said it was leaking and it would be $2_3k..well a 2nd opinion caught that the Rack and pinion is good but the radiator was blowing coolant on the rack connection..you can't do that to people..my father had his head unit replaced and they didn't put the face plate back on right..then the replaced his ball joints a little while back for warranty..he heard a noise looked under and the cotter pins were not put back in...you have 3 customers with us..we won't be back UPDATE!! THEY Replaced my dash got it back only to notice my drivers side climate wasn't working right,, they denied fault then quoted me for a HVAC housing due to a melted door $1900..Took it somewhere else it was actually the blend door acuator! $10 part 2 hours labor COMPLETELY FIXED.. These guys are SCAMMERS I HAVE ALL RECIPTS FROM THEM AND WILL BE EMAILING CHRYSLER their quotes along with the actual fixes..this place has to be stopped!!
