Visit this location on 7/14 to get a measurement for a storm door. I went to the doors & windows dept and the worker was with a customer, i waited and waited. The “worker” didn’t even acknowledge i was there waiting and avoiding eye contact. A simple “ ill be right with you” would of been nice. I’m going to another location or different store all together!

I went to buy some doors. Other stores had let me down already, but Erik and Sean really helped me get what I needed. They explained everything and made sure I was satisfied. The store is also really neat and clean.

The flowers looked so beautiful and healthy. I looked around the garden section. I was looking for carnivorous plants like sundew. They had Venus Flytraps but I already have them at home. This was a nice Garden section.

Horrible customer service experience from the entire management team at Store 0691 White marsh Maryland. After driving an hour for an item their associates had told me was in stock over the phone they refused to sell me the display because they wanted their store to look pretty for Black Friday.
