My dog needed a checkup with the veterinarian at Benfield Pet Hospital which is in the same store. The appointment was handled efficiently and with courtesy. The vet explained my dog condition / treatment in easy, concise way. Meds available here too. Plus almost everything you would need for your dog or pet. Also plenty of parking available.

I love this place and so does my dog. I only marked 4 stars because we had to go back for his collar after picking him up from a groom. But they always do a great job. No harm no foul. I changed it bac to 5!

BE Aware!!!! I had my dog grooming appointment and I called to let them know I will be late few minutes. Kara the grooming specialist told me it will be fine. Upon my arrival, she told me she will not take my dog. Which I realized she took someone else for money on my way out. I never expected such a cheap service from petsmart.

The manager (I didn’t realize was a manager until I called later). …She was rude and disrespectful in the store when I asked her how much longer the wait. I was waiting on line for a very long time to make a purchase. At the store she keep walking past me not even acknowledging that I was standing there. The cashier did not even say “I’ll be with you”. She just expected me to keep waiting forever. It’s not so much the wait at this point …it’s that a manager was being rude for no reason at all. She’s a big bully.
