This was not my best Safeway experience. I had not been to this one before. It is a pretty large store. I generally found the employees to be unhelpful. I probably will not go back again. They have a Starbucks in the store. Plenty of parking as well.

I Can never get good customer service here.. they are always under staffed & it’s always a long wait at the customer service department. Managers are passive aggressive and don’t want to do their jobs. I would totally skip this location and go to the one in Towson. Poor & pathetic service. They need to hire more employees to compensate the volume of business they receive.

Wow, not sure what happened but today, a Saturday—there were more than 2 open cashiers and my guy was top notch. He was truly hustling and super polite. Not to be snarky, but someone was finally paying attention in hiring new employees.I’ve been a long time shopper here more out of convenience, than love for it. Today was a bright one for this place.

I just wanted management to know that Pete or Peter in seafood department is great 👍. I didn't think he would remember what I wanted, because it's not like I come here every week, but he remembered what I wanted without me saying a word. Very pleasant ☺️ and that means a lot to me. You don't find customer service like that anymore.
