They are severely understaffed the managers hold up in the office the back while Gigi who is a key holder is expected to do everything.. Th e cashiers are great but over worked...
Agree I love the staff,aways helpful,polite & greet us respectfully.( manager is the only exception, not thrilled with him)
They might have been really busy. What time of the day did you call? In-store customer should be their first priority.
