Mobile home park. You own the land. There are pools (indoor and outdoor), and very dog friendly. There is a small park for kids up front. Lots of group activities held by the park members. There is a monthly association fee of 130 dollars....includes trash pick up, lawn cutting and water. Great place... close to shopping, beach, Sanibel Island, Tangler outlets and only 20 min to the FT Myers Airport (RSW).

Have had a place here for 5 years. Friendly neighbors cheep utilities, close to the beach! Always a party some where!! You can always spend more for other places. But you will never find better people.
