Today my husband went to the Towson location. He was in the aquarium area looking to buy fish. He was awaiting for a representative to offer assistance and was bypassed several times. During this time, several other potential customers arrived and were taken care of almost immediately. After maybe 25 minutes he just left. At this point he could care less about visiting there again.

The grooming department is by far the worst staff that I had to deal with In a very long time and yes I do know sometime things happen or may come up where you maybe short of staff but to continuously rebook me for a week out more than one time is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will definitely continue to shop at this store but I would never ever look the way of the grooming station again or will they be recommended by me 👎👎👎

Found this place while working on an assignment. I was skeptical at first but Nicole was very nice and she knew exactly how to cute my Pomeranian. There was another gentleman there as well Im sorry I forgot his name but he's really knowledgeable and really cares about his work. Kiddos to the staff there an amazing bunch. Next time I'm in town I will definitely stop in

Not my preferred location but it was closes to me and who needed it. So I went I'm to buy dog food and there were a few gaps for missing items. Ok cool no biggie. I decided to get something else. Get to the register and it rang up for $43. So I'm like yeah no that's not right. Walk back double check the price, take a picture go bac$k up. After double checking the tag in the picture and the barcode on the bag the cashier made the adjustment. Make sure to watch the prices of items when checking out.
