The location was perfect! The service given by Ashley was extremely polite and apologetic. Unfortunately, there was no way I could stay in the hotel with my family. I didnt even want to bring my 2 Yorkies in the room to rest from our long ride. I can't even start with the list of issues with the hotel! Shame on you Wyndham for not appreciating your guests enough to offer a CLEAN and safe room to rest and enjoy a weekend getaway!

Was completely catfished by the website. The rooms looked completely amazing online, but in person it was a mess. Beds were extremely small, with stains on them (same with the towels), Mysterious stains in the bathroom, and paint chipping everywhere. The WiFi was horrible, and there was a HUGE spider-cricket in my room. If I didn’t pay for a 2 night stay, I would’ve left the moment I walked In.

Run!!! Bed bugs!!!!!! If I knew, I would never have stayed there. I am severely allergic to them and any kind of insects. The bathroom stank, and the toilet seat cover had traces of human waste. There was no soap, no shampoo, only the body lotion, and hair conditioner. Fortunately, I had cat’s shampoo that I could use on myself. I wiped the chair, and the table with disinfectant wipes before I could touch anything there. I travel a lot, and this place was the filthiest place I’ve ever seen. I’ve been traveling with my two cats for the cat show. All I needed was room to spend a night at the pet-friendly place. I asked for a non-smoking room. However, the room smelled like cigarettes. All of us, myself and my cats, started sneezing after a few minutes of being there. I was worried that my cats could get some kind of disease from all that dirt and dust. I had to re-wash them in the morning because they became dusty and dirty from walking under the bed. This place is absolutely disgusting. It’s worse than your the most horrible nightmare. Run!!!

Positive: I asked for an early check in that happened, Negative: but the bathroom tub was dirty on the outside. It looked like it was never cleaned. Also, room location was dangerous for a women to be walking around an area with no security. I was going to stay overnight but I could not stay there it was unacceptable
