I literally just walked in to place a takeout order the three staff members that were behind the register never acknowledged me instead they acknowledged and seated the woman that came in behind me. Then a man came in and they started talking to him then jumped in and said “AM I INVISIBLE! I was here before him and the lady that was just seated” and 3 minutes later the woman ask ok who’s next and said Hi 🙋🏽♀️ and then she says “ I just need to go home”! I have been coming to this location for years ever since the whole staffing situation changed this location has gone downhill.

If you want curbside pickup from a restaurant that offers curbside pickup, then don't order from here. I got to this location, clicked the link to let them know that I arrived... and waited. Next I called them at the number specified for curbside order pickup ON THE SIGN. No answer, just a busy signal. I called eight more times over the course of fifteen minutes. Busy signal. So, with my knee recovering from an injury and my small child, I got up and went into the restaurant. I'd ordered curbside for these two reasons, and wanted to avoid unnecessary walking. My order was just sitting on the To-Go shelf (for people to walk in and grab their orders- not the curbside service) and I was directed to fish through the orders and find mine. No answer was provided about the continuous phone busy signal even though I mentioned it twice. Would not recommend.

The hostess took her time greeting myself and family which is always red flag.. They were out of at least 1/4 of the menu. Waited 25 minutes before a waiter even took our drink order. Waited almost an hour for food. There were no napkins. Had to use plastic ware for food. Manager never came over to speak on behalf of staff or anything. Had the nerve to include %15 gratuity, which isn't an issue, but, for service like that, you're basically making me tip. The waiter did apologize and I actually sympathize with her.

The Server was very good! Even doe their were only 2 on duty! 1 manager had to help in the Kitchen, while the 2nd was gone for hours on a supply run, which we never noticed his return from! So, lack of menu items and over 30 minutes to get our orders! Along with 3-4 other tables of patrons! And 3-4 delivery drivers also waiting on orders, it was easily one of my 2 worse times at that location!! 👎

I'm not sure what that smell was. It was like a mixture of urine, old food and mice droppings. We refused to even take a sip of water in that place. It has really gone down. There was even a guy with an apron on (perhaps a cook) replacing ceiling tiles look like. I don't know what he was doing, all I know is, it looked like something he shouldn't be doing while people are eating. It was disgusting
