Hotel was horrible. The place smells disgusting and our room was not clean. The carpet was stained with blood. The comforter and sheets were both stained and dirty. I tried to get a refund but they refused because I had already checked in and that I would have to pay for the night. They were not concerned with the blood or stained sheets. There is plenty of hotels in the area - choose any of the others. I lost 130 dollars on the one night and booked a different hotel. Don’t regret it at all! You couldn’t pay me to stay here.

I am halfway through a week's stay and I am very, very happy. I was given a spacious room on the third floor. The bed is very comfortable and it has been very quiet, very restful. The kitchen part has a full size fridge, microwave and two-burner stove. They have prepackaged breakfast in the mornings, and the coffee is wonderful. There is a supermarket very close by, as well as restaurants and other shops. They are also pet friendly. The best in the ESA chain I have stayed in.

I was going to give 4 stars, but honestly i couldn't think of anything that was wrong, especially considering the price. The staff and patrons seemed like people a bit down on their luck, but very friendly and kind. I could smell a faint hint of smoke at night, but I suppose someone was smoking where they oughtn't.

Very comfortable, friendly People and the staff are amazing they make you feel at home ….. the General Manager Ms Asmaa Is A Real Sweetheart she answered every question we had and made me and my families stay as accommodating as possible! I Recommend for a long stay …. They have very nice kitchenettes where you can prepare your own meal and they still have grab and go breakfast !
