The woman here is so rude! She said she was going to ring up our registrations for our cars, boat, and trailer with just a little extra sales tax on our trailer. We said no, we already paid tax on all of it... "ID!" She bark at us, and then shoved some paperwork back. Never said another word. This was our third visit. She has been miserable every time.

If I could give a zero, I would. The lady who works here is awful. I came in asking questions about how to get my car licensed. I just got it from a guy who was gonna scrap it and she scoffed at me and said i couldn’t get it licensed because i didnt have the paperwork necessary but didnt bother to tell me what i needed or how to get it. This place is the worst. Even if its close, just drive the extra few miles to vancouver….

Typical worthless sub par government employees. You turn in the paper work then they tell you it will be 2 to 6 weeks to get the new title in the mail. You wait patiently then call them back when it doesn't arrive. They confirm the address it was mailed to and then say it was mailed to that location but it was returned un deliverable. So they still have it in their possession but since it's been over 60 days (note that is how long they said it could take) they need a bunch of other stuff done in person. Also they want you to pay a fee for a lost title even though they are the ones who lost it in the first place. However they claim it's not lost they just didn't do their job properly and mail the title or bother to follow up when it was returned. The original address is still valid so if they had sent it there it would be delivered. Complete incompetence as you would from over paid government workers who feel there entitled to a pay check just for showing up at work.

Staff is friendly enough but lacks some basic customer service and communication skills. A laissez faire attitude is prevalent here. As a customer, I recommend frequent follow-ups to ensure you're not forgotten or misinformed and requesting invoices/receipts for all transactions. I don't think the staff are necessarily rude, however, the two younger members would greatly benefit from a basic customer service course.
