Unfortunately no one can repair that issue without replacing the entire LCD. The bright spots you are experiencing are where cell membranes between pixels have broken so the back light shines through more. Eventually the ruptured membranes will spread but if you are careful with the laptop you could still get a long life out of the screen, it's all about how much motion in the orientation of the rupture it experiences.
