Josh W did a great job of setting up a new computer and transferring all from my old one.. he knew what to do if there was any glitch.. very good at computer repair! He also set up a new tablet for me.. and a very nice person as well.. I would highly recommend him.. I hope I do not need any repairs for a while but if I do I will have Josh come again!

Josh W did a spectacular job fixing our Microsoft issues and got me to be able to print from my printer again as well as helped remove the pin program on my husbands computer. Thank you so much for you help. Will be requesting for Josh again in the future.

Regardless if you work with us or not you're going to want to turn off your computer ASAP to save as many deleted files as possible. Every minute you keep your computer running is another moment temporary files are writing over deleted data. We can recover deleted data (namely program data and local settings folders are your main recovery points that would be at contention here) but how successful will depend on how much of that data has been overwritten. Worse case scenario, we can setup another local account and migrate your settings, data and anything we can recovery to the new profile.
We would need to know what Apple laptop or iMac you have and what generation it is to figure out what type of RAM you need (and thus it's cost). There are also some other variables like how much space you have, what generation hardware your system is to figure out if that's going to be a 1, 2 or 3 hour job. If you want to give us a call at (480) 240-2950 one of our parts guys or dispatchers should be able to take your information and get you an accurate price estimate. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Generally, Apple screen replacements run $125-200 depending on screen size (13" vs 15") and model (Pro vs Air vs Retina vs non-Retina). We can walk you through finding your exact model if you give us a call at 480-240-2950.
A 500gb SSD runs $60 (WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB SSD) and it's about $125 in labor to put it into a Lenovo Z50 and get Windows 10 on it (so approximately $185 total). If you literally only want the existing hard drive changed to an SSD that is what you are looking at. Most of our customers want the old hard drive cloned to the SSD or have all their data migrated to the SSD. That price is going to depend on how much data you have and why your hard drive is slow (is it damaged, does it have an infection, is there Windows corruption, etc). If you wanted the data and applications cloned / moved to the SSD give us a call at (480) 240-2950 and we can get some more specifics to give you an approximate price quote.
Absolutely, we fix these sort of issues every day. Please give us a call at 480-240-2950 and we can get one of our field engineers out to fix your computer immediately.
We do have a used one in the shop and we could get a new one for you in a business day.
We have certified Apple Technicians on staff but we are not an Apple repair center.
That is an unusual request, it does look like we have the ISO for the disks in our library. One of our field engineers could help you get that classic computer back up and operational.
It is hard to say without looking at it, I will say that most computers that will not turn on or boot up are fixable. If you would like to talk about what's happening with it, give us a call and we can try to pin point your issue with a few more specifics. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Most laptop fan replacements are about $125-175 in labor plus the price of the fan assembly (which vary wildly from $30-200). If you would like to speak with one of our parts guys (480-240-2950) we can lookup the price of the fan assembly to give you a better price estimate. Thank you for reaching out to us.
A few of our staff speak Spanish.
The internal wireless cards vary in price depending on your laptop model ($25-300), labor to replace is often less than $125 but also depends on your model. Give us a call at 480-240-2950 if you want to talk more specifics about your laptop's model and an estimated price. Thank you for reaching out to us.
We do not, I would look on Amazon for a fast shipping solution.
Yes we can, give us a call at 480-240-2950 and we can talk about options and total cost to you.
You can call them and a live person answers the phone. They were helpful with my issue. Not sure how much they can trouble shoot over the phone.
Yes, that is very likely a problem with either the hard drive (hardware) or the partition on the hard drive (software). Either way we can help you out with that problem. If you would like to talk with us more about it please give us a call at 480-240-2950.
Please give us a call at 480-240-2950 and we can figure out exactly what model Lenovo laptop you have so we can price quote a battery replacement. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately no one can repair that issue without replacing the entire LCD. The bright spots you are experiencing are where cell membranes between pixels have broken so the back light shines through more. Eventually the ruptured membranes will spread but if you are careful with the laptop you could still get a long life out of the screen, it's all about how much motion in the orientation of the rupture it experiences. Good luck with it and if the hot spots are disruptive, give us a call and we will get you a price quote on the repair. - Matt with Mesa Computer Repair Service
We do not purchase broken laptops, thank you for asking.
We sure can, please give us a call at 480-240-2950 so we can give you a quote and schedule a service appointment. Thank you for contacting us!
The U940 is an entire line of Toshiba laptops, we would need the exact model (U940-SP4301GL for example) to get a specific price quote. Generally, Toshiba laptop screen replacements run $75-125 depending on the screen size and resolution. We can walk you through finding the exact model if you give us a call at 480-240-2950.
I will fix it for you got $100 you buy the hard drive. $200 total for 500gb ssd Windows 10 up and running.
The new power supply is $40, honestly I wouldn't recommend a used one for your computer with how inexpensive a new one is. If you need us to install it, we can do that also.
