I mentioned this to an employee but it hasn't been addressed. Do not buy meat here, I figured out why it smells so bad in the back of the store. This neat department routinely allows rotting meat and stagnant blood. For the health and safety of your family, don't purchase meat from a place that does not respect you enough to clean up stagnant chicken blood. It is congealed and disgusting and has been here for weeks, possibly months. This does not happen overnight, chicken blood does not get this way overnight.

Great selections, clean and neat but outrageously overpriced on practically every item, compared to several other food stores in the surrounding area! Not a value in that...

Wonderful grocery store ! My favorite ! Store remodeled recently, warm and inviting to shop. Every dept is clean and organized to fill all your needs. Love all the paintings surrounding the store of historic places in the area. Cashiers are friendly and fast to check you out. Love you ❤ Eldersburg Safeway!
