PRICES UP - PORTION SIZE DOWN We know we pay a little extra to eat Panera but after getting such small portions my last 2 visits, I was pretty disappointed. Small portions, like I was still hungry. You pick 2: 1 cup of soup, 1/4 of a sandwich and 1.5 inches of bread + Drink = $14 - Wait Time: (probably had staff shortages due to increased gov’t handouts) 10 minute wait to order, 17 minute wait for food

Wasn't too crowded and the food was good. Most of food was quick. Had to ask for the last half of our order as it wasn't clear if it was being handed to us or to be picked up in the back kitchen area. Had to ask for creamer.

Dirty....dirty...dirty. Every table dirty. Employees clearly not happy to be here. Food is good but not enough to over come everything else.

Service is horrible! Waited 20 min for two smoothies with no one in line in front of us and then waited another 20 min for Mac n cheese, which wasn’t even half full. We paid $5.19 for literally three bites of Mac n cheese. Will not return!
