My family went to another InclusivCare location recently because our original appointment was canceled at avondale but I was never notified. The dentist who saw me was a dr Rayford or Rayferd and it was bad. Horrible bedside manner. She seems very stressed and basically left all of her work with her assistants. She gave the shot and walked off. She was rude and seem to be very rushed with my appointment. She never came back after my appointment to follow up from what the assistants did before we left. I have health issues and she never took the time to examine that or my allergies to anesthetics. When we checked out and I asked for a manager. A woman named Jo or joann said she was the head dentist and surgeon there and that I should ask for Dr Joann in the future and that she would fix me up and make my smile good without going to my insurance. She whisper and told me that because it is a “African American” facility that me being Hispanic and half caucasian that I am partially “in” because if I look around there are no white people there because we take care of each other. WHAT THE HECK?!?! I asked Dr Joeann where she went to dental school and she said LSU and graduated with a dentist surgeon wisdom teeth degree. I am looking for healthcare. I have Medicaid and I am not proud because I lost my job and this is what I depend on. I am Hispanic and white but I am embarrassed to ask for help. They make you feel so intimidated there. You are treated horribly Dr. Dumas is the best doctor that has taken care of us for many years. He is the most compassionate doctor. I know he has slowed down. But his associates have been great. We love dr gator and the doctor in kenner. But I am Hispanic/white and feel like I am not welcome. We all feel like that now. I will try to contact dr joanne for a referral for a dentist. I have found another doctor to take care of my blood pressure, thyroid and Parkinson’s. My family is looking for other doctors. So sad because you were all inclusive. Now you are now. What happened from Jefferson community health? We will miss our healthcare there. All 7 of us.

InclusivCare Staff @ Avondale, La has been an asset since receiving dental care from Dr. K Rayford; she and her staff are always pleasant, extremely courteous and very professional Kudos to Dr. K Rayford and her assisting Staff. It has been such a treasure to receive excellent dental care for over 10 years.. Blessings

Just finished getting a cleaning and X-rays. The dentist Dr. Rayford was fantastic, cleaned the pearly whites and polished them. Looks great! The hygienist was also phenomenal! I highly recommend anyone in need of dental care try InclusivCare!
