We had an unpleasant experience at the Wells Fargo branch near the Santa Rosa Plaza so (the woman who waited on us was rarely available when we called several days on several occasions) later to ask her some questions). She did not refer us to someone specific whom we could call. When we realized that there is a branch very near us to us on 4th St. next to Safeway to which we could walk we went there. Nestor Nazario, one of the bankers was assigned to us. He was pleasant, well informed, and kind. He made sure that all our questions were answered and we enjoyed doing business with him. We gave the review 4 stars only because of the unsatisfactory experience at the downtown branch. Nestor definitely deserves 5 stars!

This branch has very hostile air. They seem to have lost customer service. Is that due to COVID lock down? No excuse. Close to the noon time I was only customer. Yet they seemed too busy or too disturbed for me.Good morning. I'm disappointed to learn about the customer service you received at this branch. The bankers at this branch are HEARTLESS. They seriously love putting power over actually helping people it’s sick. It honestly makes me so tired of wellsfargo.
