This Dunkin was very clean. The washroom and baby changing station was spotless. The staff was polite and my Sugar Cookie Oat Latte was delicious!

Honestly they never make my drink the same way twice it's always different. I miss Starbucks 😭 I have gone to DD at 3 times in the last couple of months and it has not improved. The people are friendly but the drinks never taste the same and they often mess up my order. I don't complain because I know how it is. I just have to remind myself that it isn't worth $6. They have all these discontinued items on the menu still.... Corporate needs to update the menus to match what they are selling. I'm not going back. The pics are what was in the bottom half of the cup. I dumped it out because it was so gross taste and appearance. That was a regular hot chocolate (even though they offer like 6 kinds they only had two so I just got regular) w an espresso shot. I asked for whip cream and Carmel drizzle... Nothing 🤦🏻‍♀️
