Had my hair done little over a month ago. Girls were super nice. However, asked for purple highlights and the rest dyed black. I had one streak of purple going down the center of my head. No black dye at all. The rest is orange from the bleach. Asked for bangs, never got those either. Super dissatisfied for over 200 dollars worth of work

I have always had pretty good luck with Cost Cutters in the past, but I will never go back. I gave light brown hair that is beginning to gray in the front. I asked for brown all over color with a hint of red and blond highlights. I aldo asked for an eyebrow wax to just clean them up as I like the shape of my natural brows. My hair ended up bright orange and my eyebrows ended up super thin send uneven. I left feedback on their survey that was emailed to me and asked to be contacted. I have not heard from them at all.
