I was traveling from Virginia to a funeral in NY and when we were leaving the hotel to go to the funeral on Saturday morning, one of my tires was going flat. This store was 0.2 miles from the hotel and when I called and explained the situation, they told me to come over and they would immediately address the issue and get me on my way to the funeral!!! They did exactly that!!! Within 30 minutes of arriving, they had the tire off, patched, rebalanced, and mounted back on the vehicle!!! They were not only helpful and friendly, the Manager gave me his card and told me to call him if I had any issues, including finding my way to the funeral location!!! Absolutely top-notch group of employees!!!

Second time around for them to fix my car and they still couldn't get it right. AC is still blowing just got air. They will try to get you to fix things that could wait and get offended if you say no or refuse to get a credit line increase on your credit card if you don't have enough to pay for the thousands they want you to pay for. My son-in-law is going to fix it for 10% of what they want to charge. They are going to fix my AC at their cost then I'm done with the crooks. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Was told my whole rear Axle was rusted so badly that it would have to be replaced in order to fix the parking brake, quoted for $1100.00. Was told that it was drivable until I got the money to do the job. 4 hours and 30 miles later the wheel locked up solid. Took it to Rices auto and fixed the parking brake for $50. You be the judge of their honesty and competency.

Excellent shop, honest mechanics that tell you exactly what you need to get the car up and running. I was on a short notice road trip on bad tires that I took a gamble on and one of them blew out. I knew the other tires were not worth risking the drive on. I started hunting for shops to do a tire replacement fast, but my tires were a rare size. After calling Firestone, they went on the hunt for me and located tires in no time and had them installed 2 hours later. Very friendly and honest. I am a mechanic and am used to shop environments and I can tell this one does quality work run by excellent people.
