If I could give less than one star I would. As a wyndham owner I am absolutely appalled that I pay maintenence fees for a place like this. I went into the room and the sheets were all stained and dirty. There was water all over the floors and black mold on the bathtub. They also didn't mention in their ad that they are currently under renovation and the pool is not open and the rooms that supposedly have hot tubs aren't in existence. Staff did refund my money but we did not end up staying here due to cleanliness. In the height of a pandemic you would think that the staff would be more contentious about making sure that their guests are safe and happy with their stay. Don't waste your money or your points here.

Did not even stay 5 minutes.. everything was dirty, very musty, our “brand new room” was less than to be desired. The bathroom was tiny- door wouldn’t shut and to top it off there was a crusty wash cloth still over the shower curtain from the person before. PICTURES ARE CLEARLY NOT OF THIS LOCATION! Pool and breakfast were advised neither were actually available. They claimed no hotels were serving breakfast due to covid we drove on down the road and stayed at a hotel and they were serving breakfast with Covid precautions. We would have slept in the car on the side of the road before staying here!

This Hotel/Inn was better then I expected it to be. Since we checked in during a enormous heat wave, cooling down was important. The main lobby was very modern looking and nice. They have coffee, tea and cookies available 24 hours so that was good news! Their cookies were very delicious and soft. The coffee was pretty good. They also had an indoor swimming pool which was nice. The staff there were very friendly and professional. The rooms were dated and had a weird smell. The washroom had no ventilation, the a/c was noisy but they actually have a TV that works and has channels. The one elevator was very slow so we ended up just taking the stairs. Their Breakfast was good and they have a pretty good selection of food items and drinks. They are also very pet-friendly. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a cheap/affordable and nice stay not too far from the finger lakes!

The staff here is super friendly! The rooms are outdated and blanket had big rip in it, but clean. The pool was a good way to wind down the kids at night, but did make your skin feel greasy.The breakfast area is nice, I would recommend a new toaster though. The elevator was extra, extra slow. The pothole in the driveway, could be filled in. That was there a few years ago when I visited the area. The staff again was very friendly! I would give the staff 5 stars! The hotel itself does need some work though. 😉
