Truckers don't be fooled. This is just another cesspool for MDI to use as parking. So you can have that rancid smell smacking you in the face every time you get out, not to mention, and my personal favorite. Three times the amount of flies. Mmmmm yummy. Sign me right up. Just like the one in Binghamton. And I wonder how long before they sink their tentacles into the brand new waterloo location. Must be a lucrative deal. I do believe I will keep my business elsewhere while passing through this part of NY.

If you need service for your truck, dont even bother. The mechanic there had me sitting for almost 8 hours making me late to my next pick up for a simple oil change and 2 new tires. He told me he could fix the air leak coming from my truck. He mentioned he has been a mechanic for over 50 years and it was a cheap and easy fix… well not only did he not fix it, he charged me for it and 2 minutes down the road the air leak came back even worse. At the end of my oil change my truck wouldnt start up for about an hour and a half. Every employee in there was standing around looking baffled and the mechanic couldnt be bothered to look at it again. Terrible service all around and incompetent management / mechanics. Loves is definitely a clean truck stop but they cant fix a truck to save their life… The picture showing the $700 is what i paid to get the problem resolved from a REAL mechanic. It was a bad brake chamber and i replaced all 4 of them. I cant speak for all loves mechanics but these guys definitely stand out as the worst.

Our bus of 50 college kids broke down and we had to stop here for FIVE HOURS waiting for help. These employees were so lovely and nice, asking what they could do and rooting for us the whole time. The Wendy’s manager gave us free junior frostys while we waited. While the day sucked, it was truly the best place to be stopped. Very clean too!

I like this location clean and safe to park. My deepest thanks goes to the shop crew, these guys P.M.ed our truck, referred us to a nice hotel locally, while we waited for a part and the Window repair company to replace our cracked windshield. A small stone left a window chip that was getting larger. These guys did great work, were friendly, and made sure our truck could pass D.O.T. inspection. Wonderful experience, great service!
