My family and I have had the worst experience at a Pizza Hut , EVER !!! Orders were all messed up.We each ordered the Big Box. 2 pizzas , 1 topping each. Bread sticks and boneless wings. My Mom and I got our Big Box right. There were to many orders of bread sticks. Wrong flavor of boneless wings. My sister's was wrong. Never received the garlic parmesan boneless wings. Ordered 6 regular wings separate from the special. Never got them. Waiting a ridiculous amount of time for refills. The waitress was nice enough but it was a disaster!!!!!!!!

No heat in dining room. Well they had a small space heater which didn't do much to warm the area. Really disappointed that they no longer do lunch buffet. Probably why this Location isn't very busy.

The delivery driver left lollipops and dog treats with our pizza. They were very observant to the dog and kid toys outside. Made me smile. The pizza was also very delici2and came so quickly! Thank you!!

Misc Ellaneous

Ordered the Detroit Style Meaty Deluxe, but trying to figure out where the Meaty is? I can't really find the pepperonis either because the sauce is too much! Had to really zoom in to find the meat. The fries were limp and just not cooked or fried. It was a sad dinner tonight. First time ever they messed up our order. Was disappointed to pay online only to learn when I got to the place, half our order could not be made because they were out.
