Amazing value for the quality of the complex. The same 1 bedroom is $465 more per month in a high crime area of north Everett. The building, grounds, and units are maintained to a high standard.

A couple of negative reviews here from people who leave nothing but negative reviews. They are the moaners and whiners of the world! I love this place. I have a friend who lives here... super happy. The maintenance is great, her apartment is fabulous, great location, the price is absolutely right for 55 Independent Living. I am considering it myself. Lots of amenities, family dining room to use, Library, craft room, media room, pot luck holiday dinners, friendly tenants and the list goes on.

This is an income restricted place last I heard it was under approximately $28,000 per year. Best way to contact phone them.
