Hi, I moved to Maine last January, & called every pool place in both Lewiston & Auburn, only ABC Pools even called back, I hired then todo the entire pool over, new liner, walls straightned out, new filter, pluming, & new sidewalk around the pool & could not be happier, & would recommend them to anyone on this planet, as well as the others.

ABC Pool & Spa Center serviced our pool for four years and I have nothing but great things to say about the service they provided. During that time, our pool pump broke and we had concerns about underground leakage. ABC are the experts! They made repairs as needed and were able to diagnose our issues resulting in the conclusion that there was no leak. Talk about integrity! Telling us there was no more work to be done at a cost. Bi-weekly service, openings and closings were also great and provided with great customer service. ABC has my highest recommendation!

My husband and I bought a hot tub there years ago and the customer service was very good at the time. I realize the tub is now old but we have made several expensive purchases from them in the past including two heaters and a new cover. My husband passed away on Dec. 11 and the panel on the tub started blinking and the temperature would not stay hot. I explained the situation to them and never received a call back from anyone. I was told that they currently have no service person available there but they do have someone who they contract with and they would have him call me. No one ever called. When I finally reached them not only were they not helpful to me they showed no compassion for my situation. Most businesses are great when they're trying to sell you something but their true colors come through by how they treat people who just might need a little kindness.
