What a great bike shop. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Clean roomy well organized store. Was helped right away, told them what I was looking for and they had the perfect bike for my step sons birthday. When I asked if I could pay for it now and come back and pick it up later or the next day they asked where I lived and offered to deliver it for me! A half hour later we had our bike. Great service and a year of free labor if we need anything adjusted. I will be coming back when our younger kids are ready for a good quality bike to grow into!

I just took my bike into Busytown Bikes to get my rear tire checked out and Frank fixed it right then and there! Awesome service. And Frank also adjusted my rear brakes. I have purchased 2 bikes there in the past 2 years and would do it again.

This shop is a step above the rest! I will travel past 3 other shops from now on to do business with these folks. I really like the fact that they are active in the local community organizing rides and promoting local trails. They have a great selection of really good aftermarket gear and the store is bright, clean and welcoming. Fat bikes, mountain bikes or road - they have you covered. I recently purchased a Stages power meter and Garnin for my bike and the owners spent the better part of an hour giving me training advice and tips for using and installing my gear and software. As a new rider trying to get into shape they didn't come off with an attitude that I've picked up on at some other shops. Prices are as good or better than you will find online. It's hard sometimes when buying expensive gear to not find the best deal online and think you made a wise purchase. With Busytown Bikes you not only get a more than fair deal you also get the service only a local business can provide.

Masks are required to come in the store and we asks that customers refrain from touching merchandise unnecessarily. We also ask that customers keep a six foot distance when possible. Also we sanitize all bike repairs when they're taken in and again before you pick it up. We have had zero cases of COVID-19 on our staff. If you're not comfortable coming in the store we can do curb-side pick up as well.
Unfortunately not at this time. Typically we have a few but everything has been sold.
We have lots of fat bikes with comparable or better tires. Or if you really want the snowshoe 2xl tires, we'll trade out the stock tires and put a pair of those on for you.
