Cold fries and mozzarella sticks, asked for sauce, and SURPRISE! For the 3rd time in a row, no sauce! Tried the new Southwest bacon whopper, and it was disgusting. A smushed together old patty with black bacon stuck to it. The building might be new, but it's the same nasty food as the old building. Waste of money, don't make the same mistake.

We ordered the original chicken sandwich and both sandwiches were cold, but the two kids meal I ordered had hamburgers that were extremely hot. Just wish my food came out as warm as theirs. This seems to happen alot to me for some reason at BK.

So I ordered a whopper for my husband and a whopper jr for myself and the reason I only gave it three stars is because the sandwich es we're doust in mayonnaise, never had that problem with the old bk, we had to take a knife to scrape off most of the mayonnaise, it was gross

Brand new opening , new building. This is what i got for over 4.00 it was not at all like sign. This picture is after i tried to toast more at home. Will try again in a few months but i feel no matter how busy you are when people are paying those prices do the meal right at least grill the bread when i opened bread Barely toasted mostly mushy. Also ordered a cheese burger with ketchup only but got one with pickles and the works so order not even correct. They need to do better for a new store need to close until they have a better grip on things. Not good
