I’ve had many repairs at this buisness and no complaints! Everyone was willing and helpful and polite! Great service very professional!! Until the other day for some reason I got a battery in an oil change and when I left my car stopped running what is good as when it went in! I don’t blame the whole company just one mechanic that I think was tinkering around with stuff to try to charge me more money or have me come back soon! Has this happened to anybody else?

I went in for an oil change and they took a second to look for other issues. They sent me a text saying that my brakes needed attention and asked if I would like them to address the issue. All I had to give them was my approval. With the click of a button, the issue was resolved in a timely manner. If I could give them an extra star for the convenience factor I absolutely would.

After shopping around for new tires and minor service work, I found VIP to offer the best deal and service. The waiting room was clean and spacious with coffee and bottled water for customers. The workers were smart, very polite and respectful and listened to any concerns regarding my vehicle. Overall, a very good experince and like the fact that the business is centrally located in the city.

I've been using VIP service centers since age 22 when returning home from the military. I'm now 75. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out if service to all our vehicles was not satisfactory, going back for 53 years would have stopped. Between ourselves and our children doing business at VIP service centers (ours is the 520 Lisbon Street location) since it opened, satisfaction has never failed. All our tires, needed vehicle maintenance, safety checks have kept us safe, on the road and returning for service when needed. Thanks. See you next time.
