The staff at Perennial Tea room was very knowledgeable. She answered our questions with great detail and made good recommendations for pairings and preparation of the teas. The prices of the leaves were reasonable. And the "on-demand" teas that were offered were delicious and well prepared. Overall a great experience!

You aren’t allowed to smell the tea…. Wtf…. I’ve been going here for years and recently they instituted a change that you can’t smell the teas, which is about as absurd going to a museum and being told you can’t look at the paintings. Poor business decision that will have me taking my money else where.

Very knowledgeable staff and excellent tea selection! They offer free shipping for orders over $100, if you’re looking to stock up while visiting! I received my shipment 3 days after purchasing in store (shipped to San Diego, CA)

We are currently (as of 4/6/2021) providing at-the-door service for looseleaf tea and teaware. We are not currently selling drinks. Our teaware is arranged in the window for browsing, and we provide a menu of all of our looseleaf tea, which we can bag up for you. These menus are sanitized after every customer. All employees wear masks, monitor for symptoms, and sanitize their hands frequently. We are also offering pick-up services, so you can order online or over the phone, and pick up in person with minimal contact. Thank you for helping protect your community!
We have a selection of British treats like McVities digestive biscuits, Eccles cakes, Tunnocks bars, and local biscotti.
Most prices tend to fall in the $3-4.50/oz. range, though some of the specialty teas can run considerably higher. If there is a specific tea you are curious about, they also have prices listed on their website.
