Very rude tellers. Horrible customer service. Waited in there long line for my turn only to be told have a seat someone will be with you shortly. Hmmm didn't I just wait my turn, aren't you the teller who supposed to cash my check. Dont go here dont bank here go else where save yourself the headache. Even if the check is wrote off them they want to try to sell you on there blanking bank account. I have one and it isn't with you thank goodness!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

Worst Bank of America I have ever been too , the service is slow as 🤬 and they all walk around like they are just having the time of their life’s while people are waiting! I hate this branch if it wasn’t the closest to my store I wouldn’t even come here !

If you have to go to Bank of America, don't go to this one. The ATM are more helpful then the people in there. People were standing in line waiting forever and as soon as you get to front, the clerk will find any reason not to do her job. You can cash your check online with the app. Yes but I'm here so cash my check. It would be easier and faster if you do it online. Here other person can help you do it online.

Every time I come here to conduct a transaction that can't be handled at the window.....the wait time is like forever. I've been sitting here 30 minutes and still haven't been helped. The lines are moving so quickly that one of them should be able to come out and assist. After all I do have an account here while the majority of the people in line don't!!!!
