Save yourself some time and just go here instead of Best Buy. We got our TV and a better sound-bar ( than we originally wanted) for almost $600 less than the Best Buy sale price. Plus the TV was delivered almost two weeks earlier than Best Buy would have gotten the TV to us. Best Buy didn’t even have the sound-bar we wanted in stock.

My husband and I have been considering upgrading our TV/soundbar for a while. We went into Video Only and ended up getting an amazing deal on both, even with a size upgrade from 65 to 77 inch TV! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We definitely will be telling all our friends to check out Video Only before going elsewhere!

In a time where online shopping for deals is the cheapest way to go, Dar, the gentleman who helped me from start to finish not only saved me money from Best Buy, Walmart, and all competitors I checked, I was reminded again of the importance of in person business. I rarely write reviews, only when someone goes above and beyond my expectations. That is exactly what happened when my boyfriend and I walked into Video Only Thanksgiving weekend and were approached by Matt. I've never shopped at Video Only, but I am familiar with the long running radio ads, which urge you to check out Video Only first when shopping for a TV or "you'll be sorry!" Turns out this is not an exaggeration. We walked in, compared the prices and models on the TVs, and we were in fact sorry that we had already bought a TV at Costco. The prices absolutely beat out other stores, and on top of that, the customer service people are very knowledgable as they specialize in TVs, and will give you the right kind of guidance you need if you are looking for help while shopping. We asked Matt about the model we bought already and he was honest saying he'd obviously love to sell us a TV but it sounds like we already bought a good TV. We looked at the other models and decided we'd be willing to return our just purchased TV to Costco in favor of another slightly nicer model at Video Only. Matt was able to cut us a deal as first time customers that we couldn't refuse. So we bought the TV, went to the hassle of returning our 80lb 75" TV to Costco, and we are extremely happy with it and the service we received. My boyfriend already convinced our roommate to go there for his new TV and Matt assisted again and the roommate is quite happy with it. I would absolutely recommend this Video Only to anyone looking for TVs. It exceeded our expectations. Thanks again, Matt!
