A little over a year ago our ceiling started leaking. I reported this to our resident manager probably five or six times. Each time they have someone come patch up holes on the roof and within a week the leak is back. Now, because of the consistent leak on our ceiling, we have black mold. The building manager knows about the mold and does not seem in a hurry to get it fixed (although they are planning on having our drywall replaced eventually.) The leak seemed to stop the last time they “fixed” it, and today they had roofers working above our apartment. It is raining today and after the roofers were done, it is now leaking again!!!!!! On top of all that they have they are going to be raising our rent in July. I have never been so unbelievably frustrated.

I’ve lived here for around 5 years and my landlord Nick is great. Always available via text and responds promptly. In 5 years things do need fixing but my landlord makes it seamless and easy. I recommend my landlord Nick and Cornell and Associates. Would definitely work with them again.

I have been renting from Cornell and. Associates for almost 2 years and have lived in two of their properties. During the peak of Covid I was struggling financially and personally . The managers worked with me and the other tenants to find solutions so we could be secure in our homes. The team I've experienced that represents Cornell and associates are much more than land lords and managers who fix a toilet. They are neighbors and concerned neighbors at that. I've never thought about the well being of my landlord before but my experience with Cornell and associates has changed my opinion greatly . Professional, responsive and respectful are the words that come to mind

I would give it a negative rating if I could. These are images from Rosedale Townhomes. From rats to bed bugs to break ins this place is a waking nightmare. The landlord cares very little for tenant safety and has let people into our apartment without notice. This place almost goes out of its way to put poor quality ahead of people. They have even withheld the dumpster from tenants for four days. (Please not that it says smile your on camera but they never actually put in a camera) To top this all off the water in the shower stays hot for, if your lucky, five minutes. DO NOT LIVE HERE, the cheap rent is Enticing but it’s not worth the inevitable anxiety this place causes.
