I always get the same thing each time the jumbo Jack and fries. The food is what you would expect from a fast food drive-through. The food is good. The one thing I do not like about this particular restaurant is I literally spent 10 to 15 minutes in drive-through even with just 2 to 3 cars in front of me On a regular basis.

Jack in the Bix is a fast food chain across the country that has many different types of food to choose from, along with meals and individual items. They're known for their different choices, especially at night with their laye night specials. This location right off Aurora is pretty run down, tough to get into, and very slow at making food. They tend to tell you to wait a few minutes after ordering and pull up to the front of the store to help their drive thru times, but you still wait 5-10 minutes for "fast food". Definitely not my first or second choice of food around here, so I'd recommend going somewhere else if you're looking for quick food.

Bad service, people on their phone and customer standing waiting to come to get order! Bathroom ugly dirty smell bad! Lobby all mess garbage everywhere! Manager Onwer take care of your employees see what they are doing!

Excellent. All employees wear gloves and masks properly. Store is only open to drive through customers (dine-in closed). Cashless sales are encouraged.
