Our family had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn in West Plains, Missouri. We were greeted with a smile and kindness. Stanley went above and beyond for my children and us. He made my children first experience in a hotel one to remember. I could thank him enough for that. If you want to feel safe and cared for please go to the Hampton Inn in West Plains, Missouri as you will be very taken care of. Thank you again Stanley not just a 10 out of 10 but a 100! Hampton Inn please give this man a raise. He is one heck of an employee and made our stay the best we have ever had in years

One time charge for my pet of $75, unlike the Comfort Inn in Willow Springs that charged me $60 per night. A much better breakfast selection than above stated hotel. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable. We were much happier at this hotel than the place we were staying previously. Staff was friendly and helpful. Totally enjoyable stay and will most definitely stay here again.

I just wanted to compliment one of your Hampton in properties. It’s in West Plains Mo. Besides being a very clean hotel and great stay. The hospitality was top notch and I want to take this time to thank your wonderful staff, in particularly Stanley at the front desk. I didn’t know that there would be a gem of a place in this small town. But importantly, I didn’t know that I would meet a gem of a person named Stanley! Customer service is so important. Stanley went above and beyond showing hospitality. Such character in this genuine human being! Your hotel is great, but I will always come back here because of the hospitality I received. His warm smile, humbled personality and great conversation was so welcoming on our way out. Also, I’ve never had a hotel call just to ask how my room was and if I needed anything. I wish I remembered the woman’s name to be able to let you know how hospitable she was as well! Please don’t ever fire this crew, especially Stanley! Looking for a clean and comfortable stay with an great staff? This is the hotel for you! Breakfast is delicious, hotel is clean and inviting. Rooms are lovely with spacious bathrooms and plenty of counter space. Staff is always quick to help solve an issue or to answer any questions that may arise. This particular hotel definitely lives up to the Hilton standard.
