Went to buy a washer. Eric and Marquis were the best employees for helping choose the right one and get it ordered. Lowe's prices are excellent and the specialty employees were great.

As homeowners we frequent home improvement stores. This one is a little out of my way but it’s clean, well organized, and the staff is polite. I’m sure to be here very often since we have multiple projects in the works.

Installer never installed cord holders on the 14+ cellular shades I had installed. After calling the store, the corporate office and the installers, I am still waiting.... I have a 2-year-old in the house and this is dangerous. They showed up at 8pm at night to do the installation of my 14 blinds. Unprofessional all the way around. They did not even unwrap he cords. I paid thousands for the Levelor cellular shades and installation. This is ridiculous and exhausting and I wont do business here again.
