Usually a long wait but not too bad this trip. Trash wings were great. Margaritas pizza came out cold, however the manager was super accommodating with another one. Only complaint we were seated wasay in the back by the kitchen and am area the crew used as a break area...Don't suggest that area.

Hostess staff was friendly and worked to get us seated quickly, even though they were rather busy. Our drinks (straight up bourbon in one and an old fashioned for my friend) were quite good. Brisket sandwich with sides of shaved brussel sprouts and potato salad was all good. The potato salad didn’t have much flavor, but the sprouts were in a tasty buttery sauce. All in all, we will be back again.

Our server was Bri (she needs a raise definitely) and she was the most pleasant server I've had in a long time. It was very refreshing. I was running a little late and the rest of my party was already there. Bri never once acted annoyed or frustrated. She engaged with us the entire time. She was a delight. She checked on us, provided refills, suggested food and was just overall amazing. The food was really good as well. I had Shrimp and Grits and I took my leftovers home. My mom who isn't a fan of Shrimp and Grits even enjoyed them and said she'd go there for those, so good job Billy G's.

This was my 1st time visit Billy G's and it is safe to say that I will definitely be back. This was a quick visit for an appetizer and a couple of beers before an appointment. The restaurant and bar were quite busy, but I was able to get a seat at the bar without having to wait. I was promptly greeted by both bartenders. I ordered my beer and had it within seconds. I placed my order of pretzel bites and the food came out pretty fast for how busy was. Now let's talk about the pretzel bites....they definitely did not disappoint. They were the best pretzel bites I have ever had, and I'm not even talking about the white American cheese sauce that comes with them yet! The pretzel bites were cooked perfectly, golden brown, nice and soft, fluffy and moist with just the right amount of salt. The cheese dip was amazing as well! Very thick and creamy with amazing flavor! While I was indulging in my food, the bartenders were attentive. Thanks for the great food and great service!
