Ordered 2 Madagascar Vanilla Cold Brews and a bagel for delivery. One didn't have any Vanilla added. When I called the Staff member was very helpful. She refund my order and remade it(I even brought them a photo of how it's been made in the past for reference) they didn't get an attitude and also gave me a cookie for the inconvenience. Super Great experience. Will be back!

The service was fast and the staff was nice, but I ordered a bbq chicken salad and my salad had bbq chicken, lettuce, and dried onions....really.
