1 star is far too generous and explains why the restaurant was a ghost town at 7am. Munchkins were not even glazed and their cold brew coffee is water with a drop of coffee. They were out of all coffee flavors except for sugar free vanilla and cake batter. A decent manager would go to the Walmart / Target only a couple hundred yards away to purchase flavoring until a new shipment came in

Ordered a hash round and didn't get it. Went back for it and package only had 5 circles in it. Asked for a water and they charged and gave me a bottle without even asking. Who assumes bottle water over cup? Could barely hear person over speaker and Unhappy atmosphere. Kids loved their donuts though.

Personally, if I ran a donut shop, I wouldn’t run out of everything that isn’t a complete waste of calories by 8 am (hello! Nobody wants vanilla frosted). And if I did, I’d be apologetic instead of snide. And if my corporate family was trying to sell its branded coffee in stores, I wouldn’t give burned coffee to customers, unless I was planning to short the company’s stock. What a mess.

Below average service. I ordered a Boston Cream. They gave me a powdered sugar chocolate-filled, first. When I asked about it, they took the bag back and replaced it with a powdered sugar custard-filled donut. Lol When I asked the cashier, she said “That’s our Boston Cream.” It didn’t take me long to look up the donut on the DD website and confirm that it wasn’t the Boston Cream. But I was too frustrated to argue with her.
