Yes, as with any agency there are challenges but the difference here is that the administrative team is willing to consider all approaches to solving challenges. They encourage staff to do their best and be the best professional that they can be.

If you are lucky enough to get care here, between the whole team of people they have working together to help individuals and family. I cannot say enough positive things about this agency. They have hands down been the only support and advocate for our family. They have helped us more times with compassion and care to our family. We have no one eles and they are here for us. I dont care if this is a public post because I hope this can reach anyone or a family that needs help. This is a resource I can never repay in my life for what they have done to help and be there for my family. Trust truly a blessing and a change of life for the fight for a healthy future with the help of professionals that truly care and are above excellence with families and children.

I would give zero stars if I could, complete waste of time, waited forever to get the appointment only to be told that they couldn’t help because my daughter because she was not on state insurance. The counselor/ intake person was completely rude and no empathy whatsoever. She could tell my daughter was in crisis and didn’t care one bit.

High turnover of counselors. Cookie cutter mental health approach that only makes a profit but doesn’t alleviate the suffering they treat. Kicks people out of necessary psychiatric care if they won’t talk to a “counselor”(who is really just a busybody who pretends to be your friend but whose job is to figure out if the company can profit from incarcerating you in an inpatient facility even if you don’t have any substance abuse issues presently or in your past). Consistently intentionally misdiagnoses patients in order to increase their profit. This place is a den of malpractice.
