Apparently they are only open for a few days of the week, and then only take 10 patients, not really an urgent care if your closed most of each week, went at another time saw the doctor, I was told they would send RX to pharmacy, then come to find out they never did. when I went back on one of there few open days, and was told they were full for the day and couldn't send before mention RX to the pharmacy without seeing the doctor again, which is wierd since I had just seen the doctor and they didn't send the RX, ended up having to go to the ER just to get my RX refilled, not going here again.

My son and husband have been seen here on multiple occasions. We have been very impressed with the care we’ve received. Wait time is generally minimal.

Staff was great but their billing department was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Sent my bill to collections while still in process with my insurance after assuring both myself and my insurance after multiple calls to get it sorted out, that it would not. If you’re paying cash then it’s fine, but don’t expect them to bill your insurance.

Unprofessional staff when it comes to getting my rapid covid test for work. I didn't have insurance when I went in to get tested and didn't get charg me a cent. But my boyfriend went in to get a covid test when he didn't have insurance and they charged him almost $300. Either charged everyone or don't charge at all. The workers are extremely rude and give attitude everytime I came him. Recommending no one go here for a covid test.
