I just bought a mattress from Michael at Mattress Depot in Lynnwood. He was very knowledgeable about the entire inventory. Michael listened to what I wanted and guided me to the correct choices. So my girlfriend and I came in on a sunday and its easter holiday. Came in due to our frame broke this morning. We bought our bed and fram a year ago from here. They found us frame and upgraded us to a new frame that is mechanical as well as gave us 90 days to pay off.. thank you Michael & Nick Great customer service 5☆.....

My boyfriend and I came in to look at getting a new mattress for our new home and we couldn’t be happier with our experience here! Daniel was the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson we’ve ever had. He showed us mattresses in all different price ranges as well as giving us background information about the materials they were made of and notable points about the manufacturers and Mattress Depot as well. We really felt like we were given everything we needed to know to find the perfect mattress for us. He was awesome about stepping away to give us time to discuss our budget and options as needed so we didn’t feel any pressure either. At the end, he gave us an amazing deal that couldn’t be beat by anywhere else we shopped at. We even had come into the store close to closing time but he didn’t rush us or anything but still let us take our time in making the decision and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We are definitely pleased with the quality of service and product and highly recommend this store! Best customer service ever!
