Placed online order and recieved confirmation with this location because they were the only store that had the item in stock..... only to get there and find out THEY DONT HAVE IT! A call would have been nice!!!!

Hey there’s always lots to select from at Walmart. And the checkout place was good the self check out sometimes is a crowded place but at this Walmart things for spread out and trying to help our play room for multiple people to check out.

April 8th 2022 about 6pm a coworker of mine was seizing pretty badly. I didn't notice at first not sure exactly how long he was there for, I went over to help mind you his face was Turing purple and he was completely unresponsive. A few customers had come over to help because they are certified in the field as well as myself along with a security background. We were enforced by a CNA to contact an ambulance. While my coworker was contacting an ambulance finally some members of management had come over. Manager Nikki comes and asks who we had contacted on the phone in a very rude manner and tell us to hang up on 911. We refused because we weren't going to deny the employee medical attention she then takes over the phone, states that she has this taken care care and hangs up on them. Meanwhile I was confronted multiple times my management telling me it was wrong for us to contact medical professionals. Ashley, Kayla and Brad all stated and quote we don't want to be stuck with that bill. So you would let your employees health be risked because your store doesn't want want bill. I know for a fact it's illegal to deny a person medical attention when in need and I am going to make it know how we were treated tying tying help an person who's life could have been at risk

Because this was my first experience stopping in this Walmart, it's hard to give a true rating. This Walmart is organized differently from others but I was able to catch on quickly. Their shelves were shocked nicely (for the products they had) and self- checkout was a breeze! Actually, while others before me seemed to have difficulty with the self-checkout process, theirs is one of the better experiences I've had. Kudos to Walmart, Dexter, MO!
