This store has taken a hit during the shutdown. The service quality has gone down. The parts are the same quality as before, but the counter staff need to listen to what the customer has to say when they ask them for information about their vehicle. The parts availability has always been good. I will return to this because it is close to my home. I prefer this company over other parts stores. At their worst they are still better than the others in Sikeston.

Rude cashier. Not helpful. Thank God I had my husband on the phone to help explain, this guy didn’t want to do anything but stand at his computer with a rude look on his face. Young guy, obviously too cool to be helpful. Will be shopping at Auto Zone from now on in Dexter 👍🏼
