Once again the Baymont Inn does not disappoint when it comes to Quality Service and being right on time. I got the absolute last room during Superman festival and they treated me wonderfully and gave me the best room in the house! It was great!!

Was dead tired at midnight from a full day of driving and just wanted a bed for s few hours sleep. Booked a room online and rolled in. The room reeked of smoke and old motel. We asked for another room, but apparently the place was booked. We could not stay in that stench so we left. We were promised a refund, but it has yet to arrive. Avoid at all costs. We did have fun snapping a quick pic with the giant Superman before checking into a better place.

Hotel in serious need of upgrade. None of the outside doors around the hotel are secure. You're supposed to use your key to unlock door, however, the key scanners are either missing or the actual lock on door is missing. No overnight employee so arrive after midnight or leave before 8am, SOL. No breakfast as still saying "Due to Covid." Bathrooms need upgrade, shower curtain is cloth so it stinks since it gets wet all the time. But beds are comfy and daytime workers are very nice.

I stayed here one night of the planned ten nights I was scheduled for work. I want to lead with the staff was very courteous and polite. If this were only about them, I would give them a 5/5. Unfortunately, I need to emphasize the rating is only due to one important thing. I had the unfortunate experience of getting bed bug bites from here. How do I know it was bed bugs? Well, there was one on the bed when I woke up (room 138). The staff ran my clothes and all fabric items through the dryers on high and issued a full refund. Although it seemed like they had never had to deal with this before and we not really certain how to respond (e.g., I had to prompt them to run my stuff through dryer on high). I’m guessing this may reflect on Baymont as a whole that they should probably train their staff on how to respond in this situation? I hope they address the problem as soon as possible by treating room 138 and the surrounding rooms because they truly seem like lovely people and would hate for them to lose business over not addressing it.

Our pool closes at 10 p.m. We are finished with repairs, and it's working great!
If I remember correctly its 9:00am but if its a little past just ask the counter and they will let you get cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt and coffee. I hope this helps
