Nick is fabulous! A total professional. He provided nice zipper wall construction barriers so the rest of the house remained sheetrock dust free. At the end of every day he cleaned up all mess and debris - it made living through this so much easier. Everyone in the office was pleasant to deal with and if they said they would show up at a certain time they did!

From the beginning of my initial contact with ServPro, I was very impressed with their communication and customer service. They follow up with you fast and sends out a pro out fast as well. There was a leak in my ceiling in one of my rooms. Andrew Johnson and his crew came out to mitigate water damages and they were very punctual and professional. I really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful they were in handling the situation and continuously kept me informed. They got the job done fast and on time.

We had a burst pipe and significant flooding to both our downstairs and upstairs. Marquis came the next day and began work right away. Andrew the project manager, Will, Ricky, Burge, Elijah and Jordan were the crew that completed the work over the next week. Always, friendly, prompt and willing to answer all my questions about the process. They worked super quickly and I'd recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this situation. Great company!

$350 fee to come out and even look. I had been trying to schedule an appointment with them for a month before I was made aware of this. Also, after a month of back and forth trying to schedule an appointment they suddenly couldn't find me in their system. Super unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. The information in ServePro's response is not an accurate portrayal. I did not ask that they file a claim with my insurance. I had already initiated a claim myself and was only looking for an inspection and bid to get repairs started. During my first call, I was told that they would call back the following week to schedule a time. I received a missed call 2 weeks later. I called back and left a message for the scheduler the same day. When another 2 weeks went by without a call I called again only to be informed that they couldn't find me in their system. They were completely unapologetic for stringing me along for a month before springing a $350 fee on me. I'm not sure what parting greeting she was expecting. Apparently "Thanks anyway." was too abrupt for her. After writing off ServePro, I called Water Out and AdvnataClean and had a bid from each, at no charge, within the next 48 hours. There are time constraints on insurance claims. Being jerked around only to suddenly have a huge fee for a bid was stress inducing and unprofeccional.
