I am so grossed out right now. So, my fiancé are in the drive through and order 2 chicken meals. Nothing special. We get to the window to pay, we are given our drinks and the woman who has long dark hair slams the window in our face. Okay- weird, maybe it slipped. She came back and with sooo much attitude said “if your waiting on food I’m going to need you to park”. Keep in mind she said “if”. So, we pull into one of the spots. There is another vehicle that was ahead of us waiting as well. Time passes, even more time passes. Now there is a third car, parked and waiting on their food. It has honestly and with no exaggeration been 25 minutes. A blonde girl walks up to the car that was parked after us and asks him what he had- and she hands him the bag in her hand. A short while later, that man gets out of his car and walks to the door. They have him the wrong order. She takes the order from him, and brings it to us! She brings us food that’s been opened, inspected and touched in a vehicle that as far as we know is nasty. The man in the car handled the food and they tried to serve it to us! I asked the girl if it was the same bag she gave him and she confirmed! She asked if I wanted a fresh order….. are you serious? I asked for a refund. The blonde goes inside and no joke 10 more minutes later the dark haired lady came back out and barked at us about how she could not refund it without a receipt….. luckily they actually gave us one 🙄. So we handed it to her. Let’s hope they actually refunded it. This place should be shut down - that’s how people get sick!

They never get my order right. This makes the third time in a row that they've given me fish which I Hate instead of chicken dinners I always order and spend at least $22 bucks on and I've tried calling them 3xs when I get dropped off home to try to let them know and they never answered my calls all three times. So Long Johns in Paris Ky owes me 6 3 piece chicken dinners actually to be all in fairness.

Took over 30 minutes to get our food, although the food was good, employees were not friendly and they appeared disheveled only one was nice and presentable, I think he was the crew leader. Other people were saying they waited over 40 minutes and one asked for a refund. A few came in from the drive thru stating they had been waiting for just as long as the other guests. A couple came in with wrong orders. We hadn't been to this Long Johns in a while and we won't be going back.

It's probably a managerial problem, but literally worst service over! Staff was walking out as people were ordering. Legit had to close after I ordered. I waited for 20 minutes because they gave my order to someone else. They did give me a free piece of fish, so...Went back a week later, sign up saying they were closed for equipment maintenance. The food was pretty good but it's a roll of the dice if they're open.
