I was not impressed at all with our experience with Giovannis last night. To start, I understand price increases based on everything that is currently happening in the world. Your prices, however, have jumped SIGNIFICANTLY. With that being said, I would like to address the main issue I had last night. I was having issues ordering on the app, so we called to place an order instead. I had a few questions to ask while trying to place my order. The man that was taking my order was *clearly* annoyed that I had the audacity to take up his time. He refused to allow any substitutions. His attitude and rushing me quickly turned into him repeatedly telling me to "HURRY UP", which then resulted in my boyfriend getting involved because of how disrespectful he was being to me. We asked to speak with management, and we're told there isn't any?! I placed a $60 order! We reluctantly continued with our order, and when we came in to pick our food up, he didn't bother to be friendly or apologize. I won't do business again with this Giovannis.

I I don't know what's going on with Paris Giovanni's but the last four times I've called to have an order delivered there's always an excuse I don't understand I understand that people get busy but that many times that I've called and it's a different reason every time very disappointed and I don't know why mine says five star cuz I wouldn't even give them a one

I had to change from 5 stars to 3 their salad bar is absolutely great. But I went to the Paris location on the 3rd of January. I got my normal salad then pasta with the meat sauce. I took several large bites but noticed something diff. It was soured. I told her it was to be told oh u don't eat spices. All night long into the next day I battled food poisoning. My compliant she did NOTHING. I know anyone else that ate the meat sauce got sick. If a customer tells you something is bad you don't tell them oh you don't eat spices.

I expected more. The pizza was good pasta not so good salad bar how can you go wrong with a salad bar. The soda tasted like dirt need to clean their filters the lady working wasn't too nice all in all if you want decent Pizza their pizza was pretty good other than that I wasn't too impressed.
