I visited this Vape Store this afternoon to see about getting a new vape pen. The gentleman that waited on me couldn't even answer the basic questions of how a specific vape pen worked that he suggested I might purchase..When I asked if there was someone else there that knew more about the product..he simple told me that they didn't need me, I needed him. Anyone who owns or runs a business surely knows their success is because they need customers..customers are who makes a business strive. I have shopped there many times and the women have been extremely professional and eager to help their customers and have always been able to assist. This man was the rudest and most arrogant sales person I have ever met..
