NO STARS- they are very Rude and unprofessional! I ordered a part from this store to be delivered to another in town. No one informed the store to inform me, that the part “was not” put on the delivery truck. I put myself and my kids at risk to get to the store to get my part. The part was suppose to be delivered at 10 am at 12:30 pm I was waiting because the store was told it was on the way, but after all that waiting I just left and called back a few hours later only to be told it wasn’t even loaded! Just insane! This company is HORRIBLE!!!! My friend who was going to do the shop work I had to cancel and I lost a whole day to this madness! Don’t wast your time with O Reilly Auto
