Waited almost over a hour which was cool but the thing is I bought 5 pizza tonight open 2 boxs so far and the pizza is straight up horrible if they ever tried to put a pizza place down they do it it tasted like straight up old gym sock peppers and iron highly disappointed in this place idk what happened to the pizza or the food they went from one of the best in my opinion to the worst tbh it just sad

I ordered 2 pizzas in drive thru and was pulled around to the front door to wait as i sat there for 20 minutes before getting out of my car and going inside to see how much longer it would be and when i went inside no one was at the front register and the drive thru cashier that had pulled me to wait just kept looking at me for several minutes before approaching me and once she did i asked her how much longer it would be and she told me it should be ready soon, after several more minutes another lady from the back (a manager) approached me and asked what i was waiting for and i told her and she reached in the hot box and handed me the pizzas that had already been ready for quite some time. I'm very disappointed in the service and the communication within the crew. I will be traveling to another location until improvements within the staff are made

I used the drive thru and only waited 3 minutes. My pizzas were hot and fresh and the window lady was very polite and helpful.
