So, Sat night, 520. Not super busy. We were seated immediately.Great start. 10 minutes later I asked the bus boy if he could find someone to wait on us. Another 5 minutes the waitress appears. She apologized. Ok. I'm good. Place our order for the sampler appetizer. Five minutes waiter we're informed that because they have no onion rings, we cannot get that order. Ok, since they ran out of onion rings I thought they might sub Frye's. Nope. The mgr comes to tell us no subs for Any reason. Their fault they're out. We left. I won't be back.

All the Buffalo Wild Wings chain in the US 🇺🇸 had almost the same kind of internal infrastructure however I love the big 🖥 screens for the sports matches. The variety of sauces for the chicken wings 😋 is incredible and delicious. It doesn't get super crowded and is always a good spot to go with friends to chill out 🍺🍹🍻🥂🥃

I just ate here with my family. The food was okay, but the meat in the brisket tacos was cold and my son's burger was so burnt the bottom was hard and black. The worst part though, was our waitress. I don't know if she was tired or having a bad day or what, but she ignored us for most of our visit. I would see her go to the table across from us multiple times and then look our direction and walk away. We waited 30 minutes between ordering drinks and ordering food just because she wouldn't come back to our table. The restaurant was not that busy either. I can understand a long wait if she were running around trying to serve a full house, but that wasn't the case. I definitely won't go back to this particular BWW.

Waiter was good. Even though I could tell that he was tired he actually did a great job and delivering the wings fast to our table. His name is Jason and he should be the one people should ask for if you want fast service!
